Offers

Find the right Proof Engine starting point.

Choose by the decision in front of you: validate, build, grow, scale, or partner. The right offer depends on what is uncertain, what already exists, and what evidence would make the next move worth it.

Not everything is a sprint.

Proof Engine uses offer names to set expectations. If every offer sounds like a sprint, larger work feels smaller than it is. This catalog separates short decisions from longer value creation.

  1. SprintA short proof, validation, or decision checkpoint.
  2. BuildA concrete product, workflow, or technical artifact.
  3. ProgramA longer GTM, market, pilot, or portfolio motion.
  4. SystemOperating infrastructure that should keep running after the engagement.
  5. EngagementScoped senior technical work where the shape depends on the system.
  6. PartnershipShared commercial or co-delivery work.

Some engagements start with discovery.

Larger builds, programs, retainers, and partnerships usually start with a short paid discovery phase. We use it to understand the decision, risks, constraints, and proof needed before defining the exact scope.

The result is a clear plan, not a vague strategy deck. Discovery helps decide whether the right next step is a sprint, build, program, retainer, partnership, a narrower scope, or no engagement at all.

Validation Sprint and Demand Validation Sprint usually include enough discovery inside the sprint itself. Discovery can also be useful as a standalone diagnostic when the next step is unclear.

Common starting points

These six offers are the most common ways teams start with Proof Engine. Between them they cover the full range — validation, product, AI, first customers, market entry, and partner work — so you can begin from the decision in front of you.

Four ways to work with Proof Engine.

Each family groups offers by the kind of decision it serves. Start with the one that matches what is uncertain right now.

Product packaging and investment narrative

Product packaging and investment narrative is a useful capability, but not a standalone offer. It works best as a component inside a Validation Sprint, Portfolio Proof Program, Market Entry Proof Program, or Co-Build / Joint GTM Partnership.

The fastest route is usually the one that matches the decision.

  • If the decision is whether to commit, start with Validate.
  • If the decision is what to build, start with Build.
  • If the decision is how to reach customers, pilots, or traction, start with Grow.
  • If the decision is how to enter a market, build systems, modernize, or partner, start with Scale & Partner.
