How to work with meSix ways to work together, from a technical question to leading the buildTechnical partner: only 1 slot
Understand
A technical decision needs a second opinionArchitecture consultation
What happens
We work through your system, constraints and options: architecture, stack, integrations, scaling or an AI feature.
What you bring
One decision, a short description of the system and any diagrams or metrics you already have.
What you get
A clear recommendation, the tradeoffs behind it and the next steps to verify it.
Discuss this
The product works, but delivery is getting harderTechnical review & modernization
What happens
I review the architecture and critical flows with your team, then trace the delivery, reliability, security and cost risks.
What you bring
Access to the relevant code and documentation, incident history and the team’s view of the bottlenecks.
What you get
Prioritized findings and a practical roadmap: what to fix, what to keep and how to check the result.

Build
AI needs to fit a real workflowAI products & workflow automation
What happens
We choose one workflow and design its data access, model behavior, integrations and human review. Then build and test the agreed scope.
What you bring
A real task, examples of inputs and outputs, and the people who will use the result.
What you get
A working increment with acceptance criteria, explicit limits and visibility into quality and operating cost.
Discuss this
Data needs to become a reliable platformData architecture & governance
What happens
I connect ingestion, streaming, DWH or lakehouse, analytics and access rules into one architecture that teams can implement.
What you bring
Your sources, analytical use cases, current infrastructure and security constraints.
What you get
Architecture decisions, data contracts, ownership boundaries and a delivery roadmap with acceptance criteria.

You want to test a product before a bigger betProduct engineering with Proof Engine
What happens
With Proof Engine, we connect the product question, a focused build and market feedback in one loop.
What you bring
The user problem, your riskiest assumption and the evidence you already have.
What you get

Who am I

I’m a CTO, data architect and hands-on builder with more than 20 years of experience. I’ve led teams of 50+ across engineering, product, analytics, QA and DevOps, and worked on real-time data platforms, IoT and software products. Today, I’m a co-founder of Proof Engine and build Sales Blackbox. I use AI agents to move from a precise specification to working software, and stay responsible for architecture, review and acceptance.
